We cooked as a group almost every night and the long table in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather around. Dr. Carlucci was wonderful - very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. The Villa and grounds were beautiful and very well kept and we loved our stay! Highly recommend!"

"The staff was outstanding, the room was clean and comfortable. It was a little on the small side, but only what is common for older European properties. There was a balcony, but the view was just the building across the street. The breakfast included was excellent. Conveniently located within walking distance of most things, especially transport. Got off our train from Rome, and we were at our hotel entrance in five minutes walking. Approximately a ten minute walk to the beach, with some wonderful cafes and gelato shops on the way. We will definitely stay here again."
