"I really wanted to leave a high rating because the hotel itself is stunning—the room was beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and the staff was truly amazing. However, the breakfast and in-room dining completely ruined the experience. On a scale of 1 to 10, the complimentary breakfast, room service, and coffee were a -1. The eggs were watery and bland, the beans had zero flavor, and the coffee barely tasted like coffee. It was easily the worst breakfast I had out of all 6 hotels I stayed at in El Salvador. What makes it stranger is that I also ate at their Tres Piedras restaurant—and while I don't know if it's the same kitchen team, that food was actually decent (a solid 7/10). Because of that, I expected breakfast to be much better, but it was a massive disappointment. Great stay, but the breakfast needs a complete overhaul."
