"The host was welcoming and offered us a fixed meal at very reasonable price. Even though we did not arrive until 8pm. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. This hotel is unfortunately in an isolated location not easily accessible from any major roads. "

Cristina, the manager of the hotel told us she did not receive our Expedia reservation and that they no longer worked with Expedia. It was 21h, we found ourselves without accommodation, and instead of being sorry and finding a solution, she did not care, was rude and told us to call Expedia. When she finally proposed us a room in another hotel, she made us pay to her directly and gave us the room keys. It turned out it was a 1 star hostal she was also runninh, in the middle of a village near by, no swimming pool, no view, very basic, and not cheap. NEVER AGAIN! FLEE THIS PLACE AND THIS WOMAN!"
