"If you remember āthe good old daysā of the small family-run Italian small hotel, this will make you go right back to those lost days! Riccardo and his family are so wonderful. When I told him I was interested in the history of the region, he quickly told me 5 or 6 amazing tales from the distant past, as well as from his own lived experience. This is why we travel: to meet people like this! Did I mention this hotel is LOVELY with a fine attention to detail in all things? I wish I couldāve stayed...

CanneviĆØ is a wonderful oasis in the Po Delta. Delightful hosts, great breakfasts, and a wonderful reprieve after seven days in large Italian cities. Our only problem, and not the hotel's fault at all, was being there at the beginning of March which was about three weeks before restaurants, wineries, and beach-side businesses opened for the season. Likewise, the nature trail that starts at the hotel was closed for repair. It's not far from Comacchio and lagoons. Highly recommended.

It's as if we had stepped back in history. The room was so spacious! I chose it because of its quirkiness, I was stunned by the size. Regretted not having a longer stay. The breakfast seemed nice but we had not taken this option. Well situated. Easy walk to many of the shops, restaurants and sites.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous property with spacious rooms. Elegant living room and nice patio garden. Great location in center of the old city district.

We had a very good time at this property. The hosts were very curteous and brought us a bottle of sparkling wine, the included breakfast was delicious (best cappuccinos we had!), and the apartment very clean and well stoked.
