Cosy house needs a bit of attention on a few things
Small house cosy
And after first day seen many small cockroaches in bedroom and ceilings in lounge and kitchen
Dish washer was broken so couldn’t use it
I like that the essentials where at the house especially washing powder and all cleaning products and the ice box and loved that there was a second shower downstairs so all sand stays out of the house
Just couldn’t find a mop anywhere to mop the house or bathroom

Found cockroaches in the bedroom with the bunk bed
Overall the place was clean and comfortable but the cockroaches found on the last day of our stay proved otherwise

Not bad
Nice stay for the family but house is quite under equipped which can make it a little uncomfortable. Would suggest to include a mop in the house to help out with spills and also in the bathroom as there are no mats on the ground, so it was very slippery and dirty. A sponge would also be good as well as soap. The bed in the second room is very squeaky, and you will need to bring your own linen and towels.
Location is good, close enough to the major attractions in the Jervis Bay and Basin area.

Nice Stay
The house is nice and clean, on a quiet street and has parking. The bed was comfortable with no major issues.
However the place seemed to be under equipped a little - glasses/cutlery etc, MUST MENTION that linen and towels are not provided - be sure to bring your own!
There is a bit of a drive to the centre, which really depends on the type of holiday you after.
The alarm code was not provided and caused significant distress to us on arrival and also to the neighbours.
Kangaroos came to visit in the afternoon which was kind of nice.

Excellent holiday house
We enjoyed our stay. The home has all new furniture and tastefully decorated. Fully equiped kitchen, dining room and lounge room, large deck with a table for 6 people. BBQ and a large fully fenced yard, safe for the kids to play. Beaches and shops are a short walk away.
