Dirty floors, very old furniture the lounge was literally falling apart, the bed would sink in the middle, fridge wouldn't hold temperature and was in need of a defrost the ice in the freezer looked gross. If the owners actually cared I wouldn't take much to bring these cabinets up to a better standard they could start by properly cleaning the place so you feet don't feel like they stick to the floor.

Close to beaches, staff lovely, It worked for us

We have family and friends in Vincentia and Sancutary point NSW and when we visit them we normaly take the tent and all that goes with it this time I booked a cabin at Palm Beach caravan park. The new owners Micheal and his family were very friendly. The cabin was a little small but it still worked for us . I would book earlier to get the bigger cabin. The park was clean and easy to get around . Keep in mind that is was peak season and busy but we had a lovely stay and would go back there.

ROOM CONDITION

KIDS' BEDS NOT MADE AT ALL EVENTHOUGH WE SPECIFICALLY ENTERED 4PP. SMELLY BLANKETS. HAD TO PREPARE THE BED OURSELVES. FOAM MATTRESS IN UPPER BUNK HAD A HUGE HOLE IN THE MIDDLE. NOT FIT TO SLEEP ON. DID NOT TIDY ROOM EVERYDAY, NOT EVEN TAKING THE RUBBISH OUT. FRIDGE BADLY NEEDED DEFROSTING. FREEZER COMPLETELY COVERED IN ICE. HAD LONG TERM CARAVAN RESIDENCES IN THE SAME PREMISE, NOT FEELING SAFE.

The cabins are very old. Flooring was badly marked everywhere and needs replacing. Would be hard to get these cabins feeling clean. Bathroom had black dirt in corners etc.
