Interesting throwback to motor inns, but with updated amenities. The only thing I didn't like was the outdoor stairs. It rained during our visit and stairs required careful negotiation.

This place deserves top marks. We stayed there three nights and were pleased with the staff, the physical condition of the buildings, the cleanliness and the price. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The room was so spacious, it was bigger than a lot of homes we have rented and was just perfect for what we needed! There is not an ocean view but it is just minutes from cannery row and the ocean. We needed a space big enough for a surprise trip for our mom where everyone had a bed and this place checked off all the boxes. We highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want more out of a hotel room than just 2 queen beds for multiple people.

Was a very clean room. Was centrally located around a lot of places in Monterey. Walking distance to the wharf. Dennis Then Menace Park across the street. Staff was good.

Absolutely amazing! 10/10! From the moment I pulled into the parking lot to the moment we checked out, service was top tier, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and it was very quiet even with having kids stay in rooms around us. Thank you for everything!

We love Wave Street Inn! So close to Cannery Row. The room was comfortable and clean. I usually find something wrong about a place but not here. Plenty of towels, very clean shower, comfy bedding. There’s a couple of fire pits they light on the second floor and plenty of chairs to hang out. Just so very pleased all around.*Please note: they do charge a parking fee for each day of your stay but you know what? You’d be paying to park in a garage or lot anyways. Can not say enough about this hotel. Great location, VERY clean, super nice, polite, respectful staff. Bed was comfy, LOVED the pillows, seriously we wanted to take them home. Settled for taking a pic of the label to buy on our own. Breakfast worked for both of us. My friend who is on a special diet and myself that can eat anything. Stores and In and Out very close.Cannery Row about 10 min away. I would stay here again any day!

Colton Inn was just what we wanted, quaint and within walking distance from many wonderful restaurants, shops, in a gorgeous area.

The room was clean, had a cute fire place and was quiet. We traveled from Sacramento and checked in very late but they made it easy even though the office was closed. The staff was friendly. We walked cannery row to the aquarium and had a great time.

Took a road trip to Monterey during Spring Break. Enjoyed the friendliness and efficiency of the staff at the Best Western. Good breakfast...especially the hands off pancake maker I had never seen before. Easy access to Cannery Row, the aquarium and Fishermen's Wharf. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was amazing! We will definitely book here again for our next stay
