"Perfect location, literally just steps to the beach. The condo has everything we needed and more. I really appreciated the four balconies, the ease of parking, and how accessible the beach was. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"We had an enjoyable stay at the Dunes condo. The host responded immediately to a small issue. Great location. Very relaxing and quiet at that end of the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the crowds. The view from our unit was outstanding. The walk to the beach was not too far and the beach was not crowded at all."

"Good price for so much space and an elevator. Loved having tvs in every room. The kitchen had everything we needed. A nice bonus was the closet with beach toys. People with mobility issues need to know that getting to the beach is difficult due to the unpaved walk on very soft sand. You will need a special wheelchair with sand tires. The pool was out of service during our stay. We were allowed to use the neighboring pool but there was a walk to get there, again, a problem for people with mobility issues. These issues impacted our ability to safely enjoy the property. However, highly recommended for those who don’t have issues. Finally, the property has some deferred maintenance such as water stained ceilings, missing post caps, and dirty doors in high touch areas. Even so, the positives outweighed the negatives."

"This is our second time staying in this home and we continue to love it. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to 2 pools. Check in is easy. We love how the house is at the end of a cut-de-sac and safe for the kids to play without much fear of other drivers. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen has most utensils, pots, pans, and baking sheets. Overall a wonderful stay. We had no need to reach out due to no concerns with the property."

"The property was ready for us when we arrived, the house was clean and comfortable when we arrived!My only suggestion would be to supply a couple newer frying pans. All other items in the kitchen were great.The pool was very clean and a nice area to use when not at the beach!The Beach area was also very clean and it was wonderful to have the option to rent chairs.Thanks"

"Easy convenient walk to the beach. Everything as pictured and clean . Host messaged to check in and insure we had contact information for any issues. Be prepared you will need to buy trash bags, dish soap, hand soap etc. It was a great place to stay plenty of room for a large family to sleep with 2 kings, a queen and the pull out sleeper"

"We loved staying at this property. It is great for big families. All of the rooms are very spacious. The open floor concept with the kitchen, dining room and family room is excellent for large groups. The host was always quick to respond and take care of anything and answer any questions that we had. To our surprise, two new grills were delivered during our stay with all the grilling essentials. The neighborhood is quiet and the community pool is nice. The walk to the beach is a little long especially with all of your beach gear. Many people in the neighborhood rented golf carts to help with going back and forth to the beach. The location is great if you are looking for an area that is not as busy, but it is a 30 minute plus drive to Gulf Shores depending on traffic."
