"We so enjoyed our stay at this place. The interior was nicely furnished and clean! The view of the lake outside was beautiful and calming. There were plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the firepit and lake. At the end of the day, part of our group sat at the end of the dock and enjoyed watching the boats and other watercraft as they passed by on the lake. Unfortunately rain prevented us from enjoying the firepit, but that just means we will have to return to enjoy this great get away...

"Our group was four friends from a TU chapter in the Chicago area, coming to the area to do a conservation project near Freeport. We stayed at the house to fish the Rogue River over the weekend. The house was perfect for our group."

"My husband and I stayed at Suzanne's place over his birthday. We were both so impressed by the decorating, amenities and attention to detail. Outside the approach to the lake was nice and flat with a dock and kayaks. Ample outdoor space to relax on multiple decks or around the fire pit. Amazing place!!I would give it a 10 plus rating!!"

"Clean and spacious. Lots of games and things to do both inside and outside. It would have been nice to have a queen sized bed downstairs but we managed. "The home was equipped with absolutely everything you could possible think of. Sue, our host went above and beyond to ensure me and my group of 11 friends had everything we needed. We had 5 couples in the group and everyone was very comfortable. We didn’t even use all the spaces in the home because it’s so spacious. The kitchen is amazing. Having 3 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens made meal times a breeze. There were a couple of mishaps but Sue was very responsive. We had a day of golf at Arrowhead...

"Pictures really dont do the scenery justice. The house itself was beautiful as well. The kids really enjoyed the game room on the lower level. Had issues with the VRBO app, which wouldnt allow me to respond to messages, so hopefully the owners see this so they know how much we enjoyed our stay! Will be back in the future when rhe weather is warmer to utilize the lake!"

"Best VRBO I have ever stayed in - even better than pictures. We had a couple of questions and Jonah responded immediately. Beds were very comfortable and sheets were so soft. We spent most of our time in the game room. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us around the bar and the dining table. The industrial size coolers and ice machine there were perfect. Plus, the 2 refrigerators in the kitchen fit everything we all brought. I Can only imagine how great it would be in warmer weather around...
