"We stayed in a room with two queen beds and a full kitchen. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed to make a full breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Parking was easy. The staff was friendly and responsive. The motel is close to town and the national park. It was very quiet. The motel is older, but our room was just what we needed and not ridiculously priced like other places in the area."

"This might be the only option in town, and for that reason, this is a useful and decent sleeping place. There's no TV in the cramped room, but this wasn't an issue. My only complaint was that I could not control the air conditioning and it was hot in the room all night. The hallway was cool so I tried to sleep with the door open but this was not ideal. The "down the hall" bathrooms are well maintained and clean with plenty of private showers and toilets. It's like staying in a turn-of-the-century hotel, because it is! The owner is very friendly and provided a thorough explanation of things. The town is fun to explore, and I saw a small bear dart across the road and some nice trains ran through town."

"The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The location was within walking distance of the restaurants and grocery store, like two minutes tops. Lastly, the view of the mountains was gorgeous from every angle. I will stay here again and will recommend to everybody."

"Cute, whimsical place, just the perfect size for two people. It had everything we needed, especially a really well supplied kitchen! We had a little bit of a hard time finding the lockbox at first, but found it on the deck post adjacent to the front door. Comfortable and cozy."

"Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. It is very comfortable and nice. They have indoor and outdoor games. The kitchen is stocked with more than just essentials. Like a coffee grinder and coffee beans! Huge washer and dryer. Everything works here. You can tell they enjoy being good hosts."

"We loved our stay and would consider returning in the future. The home is beautiful, well stocked, and all amenities were as described. It was a mix of old and new, some items were well worn and there were brand new unused items (kitchen supplies). The property is quite secluded with a giant grass field that welcomed Elk in the morning and beautiful lights in the evening. We enjoyed the bonfire, hot tub, and explored some nearby trails. Thanks for opening up your beautiful home!"

"The perfect oasis for a much needed peaceful getaway. Secluded, beautiful, and easy to navigate. The hosts gave excellent directions and made everything easy. Our group of four was impressed with the amount of amenities and conveniences that made planning for travel and meals very easy. Fans in every bedroom was a lovely surprise for hot sleepers who love white noise. Most places don’t think of that but it definitely was a little thing that made the stay extra perfect. Kitchen essentials were actually good and all covered. The fire pit, hot tub, cards, and corn hole boards were utilized every day for the perfect amount of doing something while doing nothing. We plan on making this an annual getaway; it was absolutely perfect."
