"We booked a two-night stay at Muthu Keekorok Lodge Masai Mara and, upon arrival, decided to cancel one of the rooms; however, the hotel was unwilling to assist with the cancellation process, resulting in us forfeiting the cost of the unused room. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property was disappointing.
