"Wonderfully friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Building is older. Some small areas need cosmetic repair (bathroom had a couple of small holes in sheetrock, water stain on ceiling) but are still perfectly functional. Very clean. Easy access to interstate. Within a mile there were several restaurants as well as a Wal-Mart and a large riverside park."
