    lies between the Elbe and Weser in the middle of the gold village of Oberochthausen.
    Chickens, cats and a dog make up the animal population.
    Between the Elbe & Weser, Lüneburg Heath & the North Sea in the Wadden Sea on the Oste.
    Very rural and quiet in the green, between fields, meadows and forests.
    The apartment is a good starting point for hiking (north paths), cycling or water hiking on the Oste, in 5 km distance there is an outdoor pool.
    Other excursion destinations are the Teufelsmoor (Worpswede), Stade, Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven, Heide Park Soltau, Weltvogelpark Walsrode, Zoo and Spielpark Wingst, moor trail Augustendorf etc.
