"I wasn't optimistic about staying in Drammen on the last leg of our road trip. The Quality and their staff blew me away. A 10 day road trip around Scandinavia brought us to delightful places. We did not encounter a hotel breakfast better than this one. Dining options within walking distance. I was hesitant to book as they do not offer parking however at check in I was shown options in the area where I could park overnight for free (granted it was a weekend). I parked at a charge station for E-vehicle and received a parking ticket for $60.00 I contacted Hotel reception there was nothing they could do :-( why offer hotel parking ?? "This is a very charming hotel in a small sleepy village. Its a bit of a distance from everything, but a great location by the sea. The staff really tried hard to make yourself comfortable, and the hotel has a great atmosphere. Attentive staff who really wants you to enjoy yourself.
