Family reunion

We had a family reunion in Poplar Farm House and Barn with 7 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs. It is a great place for children and dogs because there is a very big garden with a fence all around it which makes it a lot more relaxing not having to constantly keep an eye on everybody. The house is really nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything you need to spend a relaxing time near the beaches and the lovely town of Sandwich. The service with Keepers Cottages was also excellent - thanks to all of you!

A memorable stay with friends & family

We were a group of 3 friends with our young kids ranging from 2-6 years old and we had a delightful stay at Poplar Farmhouse and Barn. By hiring the additional farmhouse it gave us the perfect amount of space and was great value for money. The team were incredibly helpful in the lead up to our stay providing cot beds (though you need to provide your own cot sheets which wasn’t a problem for us). Checkout was on the slightly early side at 10am, but requesting a later checkout for noon, wasn’t a problem and allowed us to have a more relaxed end to a wonderful break. In Poplar Farmhouse a couple of additional kitchen utensils would’ve been handy, we missed a collinder. In the Barn there was a slight odour that we couldn’t pinpoint (potentially plumbing it did go eventually). But nothing prevented us having a great stay, and we’d happily recommend to others
