We did not use the backyard - but it is not as nice as the rest of the property. The neighborhood is quiet but the property does have plane traffic overhead as it’s under the flight path from nearby airport. We didn’t have any problem with plane noise. "This is a lovely home and accommodated my wife and I along with my brother and his wife and our two adult children perfectly. We enjoyed “game night” and a movie night in the living room, took advantage of the amazing number of seating spots on the deck, backyard patios, gazebo and fire pit area and found everything to be immaculate and comfortable.
