"Room was really small with a really poor odor, could barely sleep with a mirror next to the bed. The pillows were dirty like I could see the dirt on them. The staffs were using the towels I dropped on the floor to wipe the floor and then putting back up into the sink. As soon as I open up the toilet cover, there’s a huge and disgusting smell that I couldn’t find anywhere else than this 4 stars hotel. The shower was okay, they got warm water as I paid and expected. I could barely charge any of my chargers or phones because the plugs were not working at all. The table I had was very tiny too. Paid £1.4k for 21 nights, might be cheap in HK but please this hotel isn’t a 4 stars hotel."

"Great location, however terrible sleep (I was on 12th floor) it was very noisy. Felt like I was sleeping on the 2nd floor with no double glazing. "

"What a delight of a hotel--views are fabulous and staff was very helpful. Very clean rooms and nice Nespresso makers/coffee/cream in room. My room also had an amazing soaker tub (with a harbor view). Would certainly stay again!"

"We had a great stay at Motto. Reception was so helpful and kind. Steve went above and beyond to help us. Housekeeping did a great job of providing whatever we needed. Room was very clean, and clever use of drawers was handy. The shower was great. We would highly recommend!"

"Staff are nice and frendly! We appreciate the complimentary snacks made by students particularly for Lunar New Year! Room cleaning service is great in general, except that bathroom floor with hairs is not always 100% cleaned."
