"Check-in was quick and smooth, the staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping service was excellent—we received fresh towels every day. The location is very close to the beach, and just a few steps away from restaurants and shops. They provided us with beach towels, and we even had a designated spot on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Very clean pool, quiet and relaxing definitely recommend it "

"Close by to the beach and fish fry and multiple activities. Aziza is about a 40 minute walk from the location and lots of restaurants are close by. The boutique hotel was super clean and put together. Only thing I would recommend is larger bottles of shower gel and adding hand soap to the bathrooms"

Cons: - Beach Service: The advertised full service is inaccurate. With only approximately 20 chairs near a construction zone, space is too limited. Furthermore, staff presence was minimal and requests went unfulfilled. - Front Desk Staff: We encountered significant issues with Sonali B., who was rude and dishonest, and Moesha V., who lacked basic communication skills and was unhelpful when we requested management. - Service Efficiency: We experienced consistent delays, such as 40-minute waits for breakfast and over an hour for room service, despite the hotel not being at full capacity. - Connectivity: Daily internet and TV outages made it difficult to manage work and travel arrangements. - Facility Design: The outdoor-only dining area is impractical during rain, as most seating becomes soaked and the roof leaks. We had a studio with a king size bed that had an ocean view but no balcony which we were initially interested in but this did not impact our experience overall .
