"We had a delightful night away, all the staff were friendly and professional from arrival to departure. Great selection of drinks at the bar, good selection of food on the menu, clean and quirky bedroom and a quality breakfast. "

"We arrived at about 730pm and were greeted by a very sweet receptionist. Our room was clean and quiet, with an incredibly comfortable king size bed! As it was summer, we were also provided a portable fan in the room, should it become too warm. We had a great dinner at the Feathers Pub and a swift check out in the morning. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Stayed for one night - super convenient next to Luton Airport Parkway station. Room clean, very comfortable bed, and excellent sound insulation. Breakfast included (rare these days) and okay - let down by the fried eggs which would have bounced if dropped. Maybe don't leave them so long under the heat lamp or, radical thought, cook to order."

"In the July heatwave in the UK, arrived at 8pm for a 6.30am flight the following morning to be told that the air conditioning unit in the room was broken and they had no other rooms, but that reservations team would be in touch to refund me 30% of the cost of my my room and I could have some free water from the bar to make up for the inconvenience. To date, I've still heard nothing from them about it."

"Reasonable breakfast, if choice a bit limited. Quieter than expected, given proximity to airport. Room was clean but hallways were in need of TLC."
