"Construction on I35 was horrible, no fault of the hotel. Very, very loud. The pool was closed and we were not informed. The fridge in the room was nasty. The smoke detector in the room was covered with plastic. There was a very strong smell of something burning on the elevator and all throughout the hotel. That, in combination with a covered smoke detector did not give peace of mind. When we asked about the burning smell, the night clerk said it was probably the elevator because too many people were using it (the hotel was not busy). I asked if the elevator was safe to use and the night clerk said "should be". Elevator shook really bad when stopping. Key cards did not work to get in to the side door where our car was parked during the entire stay. Those doors lead right in to the lobby and we had to walk around the building to get in. Very disappointed and would not stay here again. "

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort will forever be one of the most special memories of our lives. I had let the management team know ahead of time that I was planning to propose that evening, and they went completely above and beyond anything I could have imagined. When we arrived, they had already upgraded our room to a beautiful king suite. Originally we were placed on a lower floor, and my (now fiancée!) asked if we could possibly move to a higher floor. I went to the front desk ready to pay extra for a higher-level suite since they had already upgraded us once—but to my surprise, they didn’t even ask for payment. Instead, they moved us to a top-floor suite with absolutely incredible views. That moment alone showed how much they care about creating memorable experiences. Before we even checked in, I received a thoughtful call from Jason Charles, who wanted to coordinate with me about the proposal and see what extra touches they could add. That level of attention meant so much. Around sunset, we went to dinner at the resort steakhouse (Trick Rider) and the service there was phenomenal. When we returned to the room afterward, we were completely blown away. The team had staged the room beautifully—flower petals scattered throughout, candles placed all around, and the bed arranged with a heart-shaped floral display. They also surprised us with complimentary champagne, a wooden board with macarons, and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was absolutely magical"
