"Rooms were very clean and furnished very nicely. Breakfast was good with large international selection. All staff were very helpful and George went over the top to ensure our sightseeing was very successful"

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We felt well attended to, the staff were very kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. The staff made everything easy, from getting around, coordinating transportation, and providing recommendations. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. We would highly recommend our stay to others and we hope to be back one day!"
Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan

"The place was beautiful and the Manager there Joanna made our stay more pleasant. She was very helpful, helping us with booking our activities, she was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The hotel is slightly further than the main city but it was well worth being there as the smaller town had less congestions and was close to many of the activities."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite with a large window, mountain views, and a spacious layout. The actual room was considerably smaller, located on the ground floor, and had no view whatsoever. I understand that photos can sometimes differ, but the difference was significant enough to be disappointing. Despite that, the wonderful staff and overall quality of the property made for a good experience."

"Great stay at Lee’s Boutique! Breakfast was excellent and the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A comfortable and convenient base for exploring Zhangjiajie, which was absolutely spectacular. Would happily stay here again!"

"Lucky and Rebee were both very helpful through our stay, recommending places to go and helping us with the best routes round the scene if areas. The hotel came with a driver to shuttle to and from the nearby scenic area which was a great help and made eveything very easy, the view was great and the rooms very comfortable and quite."

"Couldn't have been any better. The owner was brilliant with help for visiting the Forest and for booking other trips, and anything else we needed. Room was perfect, views and balcony were amazing, comfortable bed, everything was clean, and the free water available 24/7 was really useful."

"The hotel is located seconds away from the 张家界 national park entrance, which is essential for our travel, not only we were able to beat the early morning crowd, but we were also able to enjoy the town when all the tourists have left the area. The hotel is also just minutes away from the busy street that's filled with restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the amenities were awesome, free laundry service was included with our room. 10/10 experience."
