Outside, a 5x4m swimming pool secured by a roller shutter, a spa for relaxation. For laughter or competition, petanque, table tennis, table football and darts! For the kings of grilling, barbecue and plancha.

On the first floor, a large living room open to the fully equipped kitchen and the living room where you can eat at 10.

A small extra bedroom with bed 140.
Upstairs, A master bedroom with 160 cm bed, dressing room and a bathroom. A double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a dormitory room with 4 90 beds.

The big asset of the villa is the access to the lake of Sanguinet only a few meters away.
You can leave your car during the holidays, get around on foot or by bike with access to the bike path a few meters away.
