"The facilities are new and clean. Tho late check-in, the owner still wait for us to check in, and have some convenient shop, fried chicken shop nearby (1km, 5mins drive). A bit far from downtown, but still convenient to go anywhere in Jeju."

"도착 무더운 첫날, 에어컨이 동작하지 않아 애를 먹었습니다. 알고보니, 벽에있는 콘트롤러를 함께 작동해야 되는 것이었는데..제대로 안내가 되지 않아 전화를 걸어 신고를 하고서야 문제가 해결되었습니다. 다음은 TV 리모콘의 건전지가 다 닳아서 작동이 되지 않아 다음 날, 조치 받았습니다. 또한 방에 설치되어있는 와이파이가 제대로 작동하지 않아, 컴퓨터를 개인 스마트폰 핫스팟으로 해결하였고, 다음날 신고를 해서 오후 늦게 설치기사가 나와 임시로 개통하였습니다. 총체적으로, 손님이 바뀔 때, 기존 시설에 대한 점검을 하고, 새로운 손님을 받아야 하는데, 그런 부분에서 제대로 관리가 되지 않습니다. 스위스 마을의 랜드마크인 시계탑의 시계가 시간이 맞지 않은 채 방치되어 있고, 각 동의 1층의 상점 영업이 전혀 이루어지지 않는 것으로 보아, 코로나의 후유증이기도 하겠으나, 단지 자체가 관리가 되지 않고 죽어가고 있는 듯 합니다. 묵지는 마시고 사진이나 몇 장 찍는 것으로 방문하시기 바랍니다."

"Bright, airy, cheerful, spacious...comfortably accommodated our family of five, with room for the youngest to do cartwheels in the living room. Some signs of wear on the cupboard doors and such just beginning, a bit of mold starting in the bathroom grout, but the sliding doors and windows seem new, sturdy, and function smoothly, and overall cleanliness very good. "Nice spacious accommodation and very quiet. Quite out the way location wise, so something to be considered. Gym not great (old, not so clean) if that matters. Overall however great place to sleep and make base if you have vehicle. "
