The same beachside ambiance extends into both the master and guest bedrooms, and whimsical beach accents remind you that you're just 50 feet from the ocean. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom. No sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy: 4 people.

Lovely Beach Front Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed in the unit for many years prior to Hurricane Ian. The rebuild including top notch appliances, cabinetry, furnishings and textiles all were lovely. There was a definite beach feel to the decor but very tastefully done.

Reach for the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were placed in a first floor unit, so we were within a few feet of the Gulf beach. The shelling was excellent in this location. And the green space was inviting, with an osprey nest occupied and various amenities in the process of construction and placement. The location on San Ybel and close to Tarpon Bay Road is ideal for West Gulf Drive occupants. The unit was very nice, maybe smaller than we like, but serviceable.. Office staff and maintenance were outstanding. Parking was very convenient. And the recently planted foliage showed a lot of attention to make the ambience attractive. As first time renters at OR we were very pleased, and would recommend this rental complex without reseervation.
