"I have been to this hotel four or five times as I travel to Nihombashi on business. This is a standard Japanese business hotel (tiny rooms, low prices) and this one is generally very good value for money in terms of the space and comfort for the price. Staff are generally slightly more friendly than their competitors. The hotel is a bit rough and old but the rooms and linen have been clean. This place is nice that it has a good laundry area without a big queue."

"It was a treat to stay at such a high end hotel. The executive room was worth it as it included many amenities including breakfast, light lunch and light dinner in the executive lounge, all with an open bar and spectacular view of Tokyu. I found the room to be very large and comfortable with amazing views. I had read others review how dated the property is but I didn’t find that to be the case at all. I thoroughly enjoyed the high level of excellence I experienced here. You can’t beat the convenience of a train station located in the basement level of the hotel as well as it being connected to the bus service to both Narita and Haneda airports."

"Loved that the kitchen had everything we needed and all was clean. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven toaster were all clean and very useful. Laundry machine in the room was great, easy to use. Staff is super nice, welcoming and efficient. Well def stay here again (traveled as a family with two little ones (5 and 8). They loved the grand japanese room which had a tatami room. They had so much fun sleeping on the tatami together."
