He told me not to worry at all, and explained that he would sort the problem out when he arrived. Fantastic owner, I would imagine that certain other people would take advantage of this and try and request extra payment. I would recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again."

"Rothesay was a revelation. We were put off by the ferry access on our upward journey but shouldn't have been. The hotel has wonderful views and is situated within easy walking distance along a promenade of interesting victorian hotels/apartments to a vibrant town centre. we were very lucky with the weather and loved everything about the hotel and the town."
