La disponibilità di Francesco fa sentire coccolati, il posto è bello anche con tempo brutto: l'ideale per gruppi numerosi e affiatati. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla E 45 e ben segnalato è situato in una posizione strategica nell'Alta Valle del Tevere. La bellezza e la vivibilità della struttura sarebbero valorizzati ulteriormente con qualche intervento sugli arredi che, a mio avviso, dovrebbero avere un filo conduttore più coerente e organico e una maggiore attenzione al comfort. Non posso esprimere giudizi sul soggiorno nei mesi estivi con la possibilità di fruire della piscina e dei vari barbecue presenti nella struttura, ma chiacchierare mentre si aspetta che le caldarroste cuociano sul fuoco del camino non ha paragoni. Consigliata.
