"Avoid it. We notified the reception saying we would arrive at 11pm. They said fine door will be open and key inside. When we arrived the door was locked, no key available and no one was answering the phone. Nice to have to find a hotel at midnight with wife and two kids. Avoid it at every cost. "

"We had a great week here at AluaSoul, I don’t know what the poor reviews are about but the all inclusive option had as much food and drink to satisfy an army.
