Check in was made a little harder than it should be and there was some confusion about my wife lying to the front desk about an email. Long story-but my wife’s fault lol. "The apartment was very nicely kept and very clean. Spacious and quiet yet nicely located with shops and dining nearby. We especially like the balcony available to us. No noise and felt safe"

"Reception is at a different location that apartment. Tv wasn’t working due to broken cable. Apartment smelled old. Bathroom sync was slow to drain and smelled. Lots of flying bugs even though windows were closed. One light in bathroom was burned creating a darker bathroom because of dark brown shower tiles. AC was working on main living room but spotty on bedrooms. "

"Apt is right off Las Ramblas and in Gothic Quarter. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants. A market was located right on first floor. Metro and taxis are also very close. Taxis were never a problem to catch. A little noisy on weekend, and a very small elevator both to be expected. They offered transportation from/to airport, but we took bus and taxi, easy. Our apt was on the 4th floor. 2 BR/ 3 full baths -the pull out (trundle) couch was very comfortable. Very clean, Ikea type furnishings....

"If your arrival does not fit the options and schedule provided by the property operator, you will live your worst nightmare... Terrible service that requires transportation to different points of the city to access the property if you arrive later than 11:30 pm... The least friendly staff on the planet... Like any 21st century property, they do not have access control boxes that allow guests to access the property during overtime hours if they do not have staff to assist them.,,NEVER AGAIN"

"Pros: great location, spacious apartment. Cons: No salt/pepper, AC should be maintained (the odor was not great when the AC is on). Minor mold in a bathroom. Check in process can be more efficient (the filling multiple forms consumes a lot of time), information should be pulled from the platform."

Communications conducted in English without issue, property team were accessible and provided clear instructions on entry. "The rental property is in a great location. Close to restaurants, shopping and public transportation. The rental is small, especially the bathroom. Someone very tall would have a hard time using the toilet. It was clean and check in was very smooth. I would recommend this property."

"Great hotel for family. Really good location with restaurants / mini supermarket, bus/ metro right there, etc. Staff at hotel was GREAT!! Now rooftop did seem to get booked up for private events on both our weekend nights there and staff seem to not like a "family" coming up to for meals so we took the que and went elsewhere. Sad as we would have liked to enjoy the views from there while dining (mainly the hostess). "
