"The property was great, the only thing that could’ve been better was the AC, the apartment would get really hot at times and the AC did not work. There was some noisy neighbors next door that were not told to quiet down until around 5am but other than that it was very clean and staff was very friendly. "

"Apt is right off Las Ramblas and in Gothic Quarter. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants. A market was located right on first floor. Metro and taxis are also very close. Taxis were never a problem to catch. A little noisy on weekend, and a very small elevator both to be expected. They offered transportation from/to airport, but we took bus and taxi, easy. Our apt was on the 4th floor. 2 BR/ 3 full baths -the pull out (trundle) couch was very comfortable. Very clean, Ikea type furnishings....

"The property is for 4 people, not for 5 or 6; It does not have a sofa bed as indicated, it is just a common sofa."

"Reception is at a different location that apartment. Tv wasn’t working due to broken cable. Apartment smelled old. Bathroom sync was slow to drain and smelled. Lots of flying bugs even though windows were closed. One light in bathroom was burned creating a darker bathroom because of dark brown shower tiles. AC was working on main living room but spotty on bedrooms. "

"The shower wasn’t functioning, 1st day water was spilling all over the floor from the shower and we had to clean the floor with the towels, when asked for extra towels they sent a $$$$. Next 2 days had to settle with cold showers, the 1st thing of the day cold shower ruined the morning (especially for kids). I would definitely not stay here again. "

"Booked this really charming 1 bedroom in a super clean and quiet building central to Ramblas and Gothic Quarter and could not have been happier. Communications conducted in English without issue, property team were accessible and provided clear instructions on entry. Lots of supermercados (mini grocery stores) next door and around the corner, plenty of food options (and check out the asian supermercado if you want to cook meals at home). "We loved this hotel location and convenience. We also appreciated the layout of the family bunk room which gave us plenty of space and comfortable beds. The rooftop restaurant and bar is terrific too. The hotel staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, especially Saray who helped multiple times with interpreting train schedules, routes, and ticket purchases to the Vall de Nuria in the Pyranees. We had a great stay!"
