"The reception and room staff was always nice and helpful. The restaurant staff, however, seemed to always be in a hurry for someone else. Hard to get waited on and then they didn't deliver one of our parties dinner at all. They had to go make it when we got their attention. Did not offer dessert. Some of the wait staff was very cordial but others needed a course in how to work with the public. Food was good!!"

Let us keep our luggage there to wander the city before and after and any questions we had about transport they were more than willing to help! They even had an open room and allowed us to check in early (unexpected but super helpful!) We had an issue with a light in our bathroom and they fixed it while we were out for the day! Would highly recommend!!"
