"Stayed here with a group . Staff lovely, nice bar, snack bar and pool areas. Room was nice but on closer inspection there were hairs on the unit and floors not swept well. Our room wasn't cleaned the first day and again floor not swept the second day. Choice of food for breakfast was excellent, only 1 person cooking eggs, omelette etc so quite a queue. Too many tables packed into the restaurant so moving about was difficult. This is a big hotel and I found breakfast far too busy and noisy. Otherwise we had a great stay"

"Another excellent stay, this time was upgraded to a balcony! Nice large room with all the facilities, the fridge temp is a bit too high and I couldn't find a way to adjust. Good to have a proper bath rather then just a shower! Also very qouet despite being street-side, thick curtains help keep the noise out. The two disappointing things are the jacuzzi (bubble bath) was closed, and that an extra payment would be required anyway, and that the downstairs bar in the lounge is closed/unused, which would be a great feature."

"This was our second time in this property and it will not be the last. The service exceeded expectations. The staff in the housekeeping staff, front desk and restaurants were super nice and kind. The good vibe put on by Chelli from Charallave, Roberto, and all the staff (i did not write down the names) were all incredible. The property is in great condition and perfect maintenance. Room service was always super fast. The breakfast buffet is huge with so many options. Really impressive. Plus for kitchen staff. We already discussed returning next summer. Thanks for making this a great couple vacation."

"The room was very clean but my toilet smelt like cigarettes and drained pipes. The staff are friendly though there was an issue over a towel. They couldn’t find the deposit receipt, and accused one of friends of taking it only to find the receipt later. They didn’t really apologise, which is actually the only reason why I am leaving this review. Mistakes are made, we are all human, but an apology to a paying customer can go along way."
