"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"We were there for cycling and the location was perfect in terms of proximity to all cycling routes! We spent wonderful evenings in the garden and grilled every day, which was highlight of our trip:D the pool is suitable for chilling, not swimming."

It is best place if you would like to enjoy in a secluded house away from regular tourist spots.Place was very clean with two bedrooms and 2bathrooms(but no shower gel) .Kitchen has all the useful utensils but you do not get basic sugar, spices even oil(you have to buy from supermarket...

"Pros: wonderful pool and a magnificent view of the tramutana mountains Cons: no seating on the balconies"

"You need to sort out your database!"

"The house is in beatiful setting, very private with a huge garden. I would recommend renting a car for sure if you choose this listing, it would be hard to get around on foot. There were no problems with sounds from traffic for us at least."

"Beautiful home in a stunning location. We very much enjoyed our stay, and I recommend the home to others without reservation."
