The hotel was absolutely spotless. The food was of a high standard and the staff were superb. I had a beautiful view partly the local restaurants and more importantly the sea view, stunning. I honestly loved my stay there and will hopefully be back soon.

A great stay!

Really enjoyed my stay and this was my first time going away by myself! Helpful and friendly staff made my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! A lady at reception helped organise my shuttle home which was really kind. Food was fresh and tasty, not as many options as other all inclusive buffets I have had but the food was really nice. Good selection of all inclusive drinks. Some you do have to pay for. Nice outdoor area with good sun coverage throughout the day. My main criticism of the stay is the rooms aren’t soundproofed very well and you can hear neighbours TV, closing the heavy curtains and talking. The bed is a little uncomfy and the pillows are hard (but some people might like that) Other than that the room had everything I could want and it was pleasant. Would recommended this hotel if you are visiting Cala Millor.

Really good location i could see the beach from the room. Beds were really comfortable, spacious and perfect for the trip. Staff very welcoming, breakfast had a lot of choice, have the option to sit outside etc. Recommend and will stay again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, Strand, Restaurants, Supermärkte alles in direkter Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider hat während meines gesamten Aufenthaltes die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Trotz Meldung konnte der Fehler nicht behoben werden. Meine EMails bezüglich einer Rückerstattung werden seit Wochen "geprüft" bzw. einfach ignoriert. Die Reinigung des Zimmers war oberflächlich, Haare und Nägel der vorherigen Gäste waren noch vorzufinden. Das Essen war qualitativ gut, aber eine überschaubare Auswahl.

Guten Tag. Das Hotel ist eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Das Essen war gut, könnte aber abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Liegen am Pool sollten gratis sein. Der Poolbereich wurde nicht immer gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte während meines Aufenthaltes in allen Zimmern nicht. Ich habe hotels.com diesbezüglich schon direkt angeschrieben und erwarte hierfür eine Rückerstattung.

Mon séjour a été totalement gâché par la climatisation en panne dans la chambre. Malgré des réglages corrects, l'appareil ne soufflait aucun air frais, rendant l'atmosphère étouffante et les nuits impossibles. C'est dommage car le reste des prestations aurait pu être correct, mais l'absence de réactivité ou de solution face à ce problème de confort de base justifie cette note. Un contrôle sérieux de leurs équipements est urgent.

Tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick gehabt. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt und prima erholt. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag bestens gereinigt. Das Buffet war gut. Eine Kaffeemaschine mehr beim Frühstück oder zusätzlich Filterkaffee wäre gut gewesen. Abendprogramm wäre draußen schön gewesen, aber aus meiner Sicht auch nicht unbedingt notwendig, denn vor dem Hotel bieten zahlreiche Bars Live Musik an. Preis/ Leistung stimmte

Einwandfrei. Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr nahe zum Strand. Das Einzige, was man bemängeln könnte ist der meist kalte Speck beim Morgenbuffet, obwohl er warm sein sollte. Wenn man so eine Kleinigkeit erwähnt zeigt es, wie gut alles war. Wirklich perfekt!
