Newly built detached villa with pool and garden. Spread over two floors: the ground floor comprises an entrance hall, bright and spacious living room with access to the garden and pool, and spacious kitchen with laundry. From the hall with guest cloakroom, accedes to the two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, both en suite. On the upper floor we find the master bedroom, en suite, with access to a large terrace overlooking the sea. Due to the construction of a hotel in front of the house (60 m) that was believed to stop in the summer months, the price per night has been reduced by 30%.

Biniacolla - hidden treasure

Carlo is the perfect host and very welcoming. The villa is very homely, well equipped, spacious and delivers on all accounts for a lovely stay and totally met the requirements of staying in a villa over a hotel. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable and the advantage of all rooms en-suite plus cloakroom is excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped for catering for dinner and barbecues. There is a comprehensive selection of reading material and a variety of CD's to listen to. The sun loungers are comfortable and pool was well maintained - even the hammock got well used. The villa catererd for both indoor and outdoor dining. The terrace off one of the rooms is very spacious for early evening cocktails. Carlo was very responsive if I needed to ask any questions and left a lovely welcome package on arrival. As a villa holiday, which is my preference this villa met all requirements. Punta prima is a good 30 min walk where you can find a nice beach and selection of restaurants, but to walk 30 mins or 10 car journey to Cala Torret is much better where there is quieter restaurants where Saltire and DP were amongst the favourites and Bar Paupa nearby is great. A good location for coastal walks and not far at all to Eroski supermarket in Sant LLuis (even though Cala Torret has an excellent local bakery and supermarket). INSUPERABLE ENTORNO PARA FAMILIA

Un lugar fantástico para descansar, muy tranquilo y familiar, con muchos servicios y playas alrededor. La casa estupenda no le faltaba de nada, muy limpia y cuidada, música de lo 80-90 y con una fantástica piscina para disfrutar y descansar. Muy recomendable. El casero un 10!!!

Clean, Quiet & Relaxing

We had a lovely time in this beautiful property. Carlo, the owner, sent good instructions in advance and met us on arrival with a gift of local produce. He was in touch during our stay to ensure all was well. The two bedrooms on the ground floor mean that the children can go to bed and adults can stay up later without disturbing each other at all. The master bedroom is upstairs and all bedrooms have an en-suite shower which was great with a teenage girl! The pool was great but could be too deep for smaller children & was only accessible by ladder. The garden was lovely and our youngest was thrilled with a visit from a tortoise. The sea and small harbour of Biniancolla was a very short walk away & recycling was located here. Swimming from the rocks was easy. Splashworld water park is a 5 minute walk away and the train and bus to Punta Prima / Mao can be caught there. The walk into Punta Prima for the nearest shop takes about 20 minutes & a taxi back for 4 is about 8.50 euros. We hired a car which did make carrying heavier shopping much easier. Over all a good place to stay and highly recommended.

Larger than expected

We had an excellent stay in the villa which is comfortably large enough for 6 people. Each bedroom being en suite was a great bonus. The villa was very well equipped with kitchen implements and Carlo was an excellent host, and very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. The pool cleaning and laundry service was great. The location is peaceful with bars and restaurants within a 20min walk or 3-4min drive. The kids loved the water park which is only a 5 minute walk away. There is a small bay (Biniancolla) a 5 min walk away that's perfect for snorkelling. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
