"Pros: The location of the house was truly excellent, just 5 minutes from the cove of Binibeca and 20 minutes from Mahon. Even the farthest point on the island was reachable within an hour at most. "From the minute we entered the hotel, the staff were unbelievable. Friendly and informative, happy to explain what is available and best places to go. The sandy beach is a solid 1 mile away , but the coves and rocks are much closer and make amazing places to swim in the see. The food was varied every day and the all inclusive upgrade was huge benefit for the entire family. We will be back."

"The hotel is nicely situated close to the town which has a lovely beach, a couple of shops and a handful of restaurants which served great food. We stayed in the hotel on a B&B basis. The quality of the food was good, only issue was the number of staff cooking at the station - the chef was trying to cook at three stations so offer had to wait. The replenishing of food also needs to improve as agin often had to ask for things. Requires more waiting staff in the restaurant as service was slow at times - however all the staff worked incredibly hard. The room was spacious. We had an issue with the first room and asked to be moved. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Given this was the prestige section of the hotel, I would have expected an adults only area. This was not the case - I would recommend the hotel look into this as several people have stated similar on their reviews."
