"Loved the property and the proximity to the local park. The hike to the castle is a must, with steep grades. Check-in and out with Jordi was very flexible and easy, though our stay wasn't bookended by others. His recommendations were spot on- take the train into the city, the hike was great. "First time visit to Spain. Stayed 3 nights in Malgrat. Nice little coastal town. There is a long stretch of beach. Not like some other places with small scattered pockets of beach. Didn't seem too popular, maybe because the smaller beaches offer calmer water. Malgrat is very walkable, very flat. Apartment is as described. "This was a cute little condo for our family of 5 to stay at. Great location to enjoy the beach and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from the deck. We could enjoy the sound of the surf all night long. The commute to Barcelona was about 45mins-1hour but the train station was very close and easy to navigate our trip. Will stay here again if the opportunity arrives."

"The photos are from a similar apartment closer to the stairwell. The distance to travel from the apartment we stayed to to a grassy area for our dog was too great. The kitchen is poorly designed with drawers or cabinet doors not quite opening due to the fit against appliances. For two adults for three nights the manager left just one roll of toilet paper and no soap for the shower. I would not stay here again."

"Property was in a great location - about 10 min walk to the light railway into Barcelona city centre - and 10 min walk into the nearby town centre with a great selection of shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for small kids to play. The host was very responsive and allowed us extra time to check out as we had a late flight. A great city break location. Very happy!"

"This property is a great place for a family to stay. I stayed for a week with my two children and it was so nice to have space to ourselves, yet a common area to eat dinner and hang out. The neighborhood is great. Stores and restaurants are literally right around the corner. We felt safe in the neighborhood walking around during the day and in the evenings. "We stayed in this lovely apartment for two nights with our daughter who had just graduated college. The owner Daniel greeted us and was extremely helpful with navigating the city, from grocery store, to a place for dinner all walkable. It is a reasonable walk from the train, 30-40 min into the heart of Barcelona. Dinner at an old authentic restaurant was fantastic can not remember the name currently and have just returned to states after 2 weeks but it was recommended by Daniel and it did not...
