"Room was spotless, staff was amazing, Gemma was so easy to communicate with and super nice, helpful, and accommodating. The only thing I would say is that you can hear everything happening outside the room, didn’t bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper that might be an issue. Location is amazing. "This apartment was perfect. I stayed here with my husband, son and daughter for 10 days. My kids are teenagers we all were super comfortable. The apartment had many supplies already such as dish towels, utensils, toilet paper and everything you needed to get you going for a while. We traveled across Europe and the check-in process at this. VRBO was better than any other. I have no complaints except the beds are a little hard but not horrible. "

"This place was wonderful; staff always available to help They all knew english. Very elegant and clean The only thing that was weird, which was more funny to us than anything was the back window opens to a central opening where a rear building of apartments shares windows to the same space as the hotel and your voice echoes to the apartments if you dont close your windows and the tenants get really mad and curse at you "

"Hot breakfast are good. A lot of choices of restaurants around the area and walkable. There’s grocery store across the street for souvenirs to take home. The rooftop is nice to relax in the afternoon. Very center. Thry accommodate us for early check in since our flight arrived very early and our room was already ready so we have time for a power nap after 9 hours flight before we explore the area."
