"Horrible check in, have misleading information on website when booking. Have to walk 7 blocks to another apartment after check-in. Basically no service after check-in. Asked for toilet paper and it has never come."

The Hotel is in La Rambla with friendly and serviceable staff.Walking distance to la Boqueria y Plaça Catayulla and the high end stores! Plenty of restarting the area! Plus tour operators can pick up at hotel or you can walk to the meeting point! The only draw was the breakfast which was 4/10. Yes I would stay in the Hotel again

The location was great! The front desk people , morning & night were all kind & willing to help on anything you asked. Thanks to Manuel, Luis & Javier. Our breakfast was always wonderful, a lot of breakfast choices. Thanks to Goldie who always was so pleasant, nice and speaks English. She was awesome! I recommend anyone to stay here - We give it a 5 stars! 👍😄

This hotel is in an excellent location. Blocks from Las Ramblas, the beachfront, old town, and great tapas. The hotel has a glorious rooftop restaurant with amazing food that’s priced right. On the subject of food, as you exit the hotel, turn right, then turn right at the first corridor. Walk straight ahead crossing over one nartow street. Then, at the next intersection turn right. I had a problem in my room water was leaking and the prompt attention and I was quickly moved to another room. With apologies for the inconvenience and complementary snacks & water. Carol was awesome receptionist also the one that came in after her. I forget her name but she personally walked me to my room. She did everything to make my stay joyful and memorable. I will definitely stay again.
