The staff here were very nice and helpful. They googled directions for me on how to get to different places and went out of their way to help make sure I got where I needed to go. It was very clean and comfortable. I am very happy with my stay here.

I had a problem in my room water was leaking and the prompt attention and I was quickly moved to another room. With apologies for the inconvenience and complementary snacks & water. Carol was awesome receptionist also the one that came in after her. I forget her name but she personally walked me to my room. She did everything to make my stay joyful and memorable. I will definitely stay again.

Location was great & Staff Always super helpful. Wish there were more USA compatible electrical outlets.

We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. This hotel is in an excellent location. Blocks from Las Ramblas, the beachfront, old town, and great tapas. The hotel has a glorious rooftop restaurant with amazing food that’s priced right. On the subject of food, as you exit the hotel, turn right, then turn right at the first corridor. Walk straight ahead crossing over one nartow street. Then, at the next intersection turn right. You’ll find a secret tapas bar called Gilda by Belgious. Amazing tapas! Also, there are other great restaurants on...

Such a beautiful place. Old, beautiful, well-maintained and staffed with outstanding young people. I especially enjoyed Maria at the front desk, Jose Manuel our porter. But really, all of them were so helpful and lovely. Charming, even. I love this place. I think I’m too old to make my way back to Barcelona again, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here. Each time we returned to the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, it felt like we were returning to a place that cares about us.

We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location of the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel overall had a very nice vibe. We will definitely stay here again!

It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.

This was the best hotel I ever stayed at. The staff was so amazing and super nice. The location is close to so many things and I was able to walk to most of the places I wanted to see. 1000/100

Nice hotel with good amenities in a great part of town - very easy to get around, minutes from the beaches and Las Ramblas, without being in the overly-touristed areas. Would stay again

Nice place to stay , only thing is rooms are way too small mostly if you have 2 suitcases my friend and I couldn’t have enough space to put the suitcase both have a medium size and a sample size and it was difficult to walk around the room need to climb over the bed one or suitcase to go to the bathroom
