Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious. The surrounding area is beautiful. Great hiking/running trails and very peaceful. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Great quaint place with amazing amenities and friendly staff.

It was an amazing stay! Great guest agent experience, loved the location on beach, end to end luxe services! Brand new hotel, upgraded to pool view, and DJ was fire in Deluxe lounge where you can enjoy comfort foods, nice ambience, and a unique cocktail.

I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hotel La Florida at the outskirts and at Tibidabo. Beautiful views of the city from the room. The x

Very nice room. Was missing the lotion and soft soap dispensers for 2 days. Bed very comfortable

This is probably the best Hotel experience in the last year. Nice hotel, staff and amaizing room. Strongly recomeded breakfast. I appreciated the staff attention to the clients, after requesting an extended stay, the answer was simply: no problem! I will return.

Great location in the Gothic district. Great customer service, quiet, lovely roof top bar, front desk was great with recommendations. Safe.

Such a beautiful place. Old, beautiful, well-maintained and staffed with outstanding young people. I especially enjoyed Maria at the front desk, Jose Manuel our porter. But really, all of them were so helpful and lovely. Charming, even. I love this place. I think I’m too old to make my way back to Barcelona again, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here. Each time we returned to the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, it felt like we were returning to a place that cares about us.

This was the first trip my wife and I had to Barcelona and we could not be happier with the city and the hotel we chose. The Serras exceeded all expectations. It had an incredible staff who went above and beyond in every regard. They were friendly, helped us plan out our days and assisted with dinner reservations when needed. The hotel was immaculate and our room was modern and comfortable. There were also several excellent small touches such as the use of a mobile phone that allows you...

Awesome. The hotel previously was a Ritz, dating from the early 1900's, so you are surrounded by elegance. This is the only hotel we've ever stayed in where we were given a personal tour of the facilities. Our hotel room was extremely comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking the street with French doors that opened. There was no traffic noise at night. It had a huge walk in closet and the bathroom included a separate rainfall shower. The rooftop pool, restaurant and bar was awesome;...

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and it's very easy to get to city center. Our room was lovely & spacious, with a large terrace on which we enjoyed the excellent room service breakfast each morning. The staff are friendly, incredibly helpful, & very professional. They speak impeccable English. The spa was also lovely - we made use of the hot tub & pool. We also got massages - the masseuses were great & very nice. The only disappointing part...

This was the best hotel I ever stayed at. The staff was so amazing and super nice. The location is close to so many things and I was able to walk to most of the places I wanted to see. 1000/100

Was clean

The rooms are wonderfully comfortable and the staff are very helpful, professional and friendly we stayed for 5 nights and it was worth it

very special hotel , super privet, top of the line with a very strong attention to details. the most friendly , helpful service possible. the stuff are truly caring and friendly and helped us feel at home in the hotel and in the city very quickly. Rooms are sound and light proof - combine that with a very good Bed and you are at risk to never leave the hotel- set an Alarm.. we did'nt :-) many good placed to both visit and eat right next door. a very good choice - we will be back for sure.

A luxury hotel that really delivers. The club on the 33rd floor is a little expensive but does allow you access from early til late (around 10:00 p.m.) and they provide a lot of food. Also if you pay for the club daily, you don't pay an internet charge for your room. Internet is around 35€ a day so it all adds up. Pools are not heated so in the fall, swimming is limited to children and the brave.

Very clean and away from busy tourist areas. Hop on bus and castle nearby. Breakfast was very good, lots of options but evening menu limited unless you want gourmet food.

Location amazing

This W never disappoints. Even though the hotel is nearly full, service was still fantastic. The gym is well equipped, has plenty of space and a gorgeous view. Food and wine are excellent and of course being on the beach makes this hotel unique in Barcelona. The only drawback is that you have to take a taxi to get anywhere - but small price to pay
