Overall we were satisfied with the service. Although the location was not close to Barcelona downtown but for a reasonable price it was satisfactory. The hotel representatives were excellent. They were friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing! The Hotel is in a great location and has an amazing view!! The staff gave us a special welcome detail when we got to our room. Like we say in Puerto Rico: “Tienen que venir y vivir la experiencia” !!!!

On the subject of food, as you exit the hotel, turn right, then turn right at the first corridor. Walk straight ahead crossing over one nartow street. Then, at the next intersection turn right. We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location of the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel overall had a very nice vibe. We will definitely stay here again!

The location was great! The front desk people , morning & night were all kind & willing to help on anything you asked. Thanks to Manuel, Luis & Javier. Our breakfast was always wonderful, a lot of breakfast choices. Thanks to Goldie who always was so pleasant, nice and speaks English. She was awesome! I recommend anyone to stay here - We give it a 5 stars! 👍😄

We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.
