"Based on Europe Hotel standards. Room had big double bed with plenty of space for luggage. No closet but hangers and a rack was available to hang a few items. Mini fridge and safe were available. Bathroom was small with large shelf space to place toiletries. Shower water leaked out to main bathroom space. My reservation included breakfast every morning. "Hotel is in a great location - just a few minutes walk from the Plaça catalunya so ideal for transport and shopping and places to eat. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a twin room with a city view - an upgrade on arrival. The room was clean the beds were comfortable and the bathroom and toiletries etc were good. For the price this is a good hotel in a great location. There is a locker room where you can leave your cases if your flight is later in the day. "

"We love this hotel- the location could not have been better. The facilities were great however they agreed to do my laundry and have it back the next day, but it did not arrive until my departure day right before I had to leave for my flight. Very stressful but Paul saved the day! I would definitely go back as the location was excellent and we really enjoyed their daily breakfast as well as their restaurant on the seventh floor. "

"A small room in a nice building with great access to transportation. Little improvements would enhance stay. A bin for recycling as there is only one waste container in the room. It is a little one for toilet tissue. A better mirror for make up. The tv is mounted at eye level on the only mirror that you can sit at. The light beside that faces downward so it is dark. Two towels for the bidet if it’s a couple sharing the room, please. Let people know what a great breakfast you offer. I...
