"I read on Google a lot of bad reviews of this Htop Olympic. And honestly I don’t agree with any of the reviews. The pools are clean. The food is very good. There isn’t a very big variation but most days there are different options .Some of the plates and utensils and cups aren’t completely clean but that’s understandable because they use a dishwasher. The only number one thing I would highly advise everyone is that this is not a very up-to-date hotel. The rooms are not modern. The beds are not very ideal or comfortable. To have a twin size bed. No Smart Television, (Netflix or YouTube or capability for your phone). The bathrooms in the rooms are not to impress. And as many others have complained the walls are very thin you can hear clearly through the walls in the next room literally “everything”. Other than the rooms needing a modern overhaul update. I would say overall the Hotel is very good for the price. Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner. Multiple Pools. Beach 4 blocks away. Gym. Large bar. Billiards table. Karoake nights. Several activity nights. "

"First of all food was amazing! The breakfast, the restaurant and the room service!! Delicious! The Hotel was very clean all the time. And the staff in general were very polite and friendly. My only complaint is the front desk… I did all the check-in process. Paid for my entire family breakfast and parking. Room was already paid. When I ask how was the set up of the room she told me “You will get a double bed and a double sofa bed” I said: that’s not what I reserved. I paid for a room with a double/king bed and a twin bed sofa (sofa with 2 twin bed that separate). She said they don't have that set up. And They couldn’t do anything about it. I only choose that hotel because they offer that specific to sleep 4 adults (NOT two couples). I even showed her my reservation that the room I paid for said that! And she insist that they didn’t have that! Her only solution was to cancel and go find another hotel. After me complaining and asking how they offer something they don't have, one lady next to her said let me call housekeeping. Finally house keeping said she can separate the “double bed and make it to twin beds. Which it was find with us. When we got to the room we noticed that the said sofa bed had a twin bed on the top and a pull out bed an the bottom that you can separate SO the advertising was 100% right. We almost leave and cancel my whole family reservation and ruin our trip for nothing! My suggestion: Train the front desk better at least what are have in their own “house”"
