What can I say about our stay at the Unconventional Hotel in Sorrento - it was magnificent!!! The beauty of the hotel and grounds made us feel welcome and special. But it was our hostess, Ciara (I hope I am spelling that correctly) that made our stay the best in all of our travels through out Italy. She helped us through travel issues and logistics problems that were our own making and saved our trip. And the Negronis she concocted were excellent :) To anyone travelling to Sorrento - come to this hotel for the gardens and accommodations and because Ciara will make your stay special. Thank you Ciara!!!!!

Fantastic Hotel, very very friendly and helpful staff - went above and beyond on all areas of service. Gino (chef) truly amazing as were others. Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location only 3 mins away from the train station which gets you into Sorrento in 2 mins or to Naples in just over an hour. Would highly recommend for couples and smaller groups. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and polite.

This hotel was perfect for a short stay in Sorrento, located along a quiet lane, but close to shops and restaurants (Alfred’s was excellent, 1 min walk). It is a 2 min walk to the train station or 25mins ish walk into the centre. Hotel and room were spotless clean and very comfy bed and pillows. The gardens and pool were a lovely relaxing space and the free pool towels a bonus.. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and return. We loved it.

Lovely boutique hotel 15 mins walk from seaside dining, shopping and excursions. Take a walk in any direction and you’ll find something new to explore! Above all, the staff were absolutely wonderful and the included breakfast was a nice bonus! Pool and grounds will be ready for summer.
