The price includes a weekly final cleaning.

The price includes expenses relating to consumption (water-electric current-gas-air conditioning).

The price includes the cost of sheets and linen.

Check-in takes place between 3pm and 7pm.
Check-out takes place at 09:00.
For check-in from 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm, the guest will be asked for the additional sum of €50.00.
Check-in after 11pm will not be permitted; in this case, it will be postponed to the following day.

Minimum bookings of 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday or from Wednesday to Wednesday).

Reservations longer than 28 days are not permitted.

When booking there are no price distinctions between adults and children of any age.

Children's cot and high chair can be requested free of charge before check-in.

The swimming pool is not heated and is available to the Residence from the first days of April until October 31st.

There are no bars and/or restaurants inside the Residence.

Organizing parties and events is prohibited.

Maximum tranquility is required.

For bookings of multiple accommodations for groups of friends and/or groups of family members, it will not be permitted to transfer chairs, tables and armchairs between various properties for lunches/dinners with friends and evening group meetings.
