"GPS was not accurate with the lat/long coordinates so we went to wrong apartment. Natayla was amazing, waiting 3 hours for us to arrive. Beautiful courtyard with apartment. Well stocked. Natayla was very helpful with grocery, produce and restaurant recommendstions. She is the sweetest host! Easy walk to everything once you get oriented. Natalya provided mobile wifi Hotspot - invaluable and generous. Around the corner from apartment, next to fruit stand, is video store that also serves beverages and snacks - Marco is a perfect host! "

"Spacious property with friendly and accommodating staff. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were also wonderful! It's walkable to the to the old town which was quite quaint and full of friendly locals! Would highly suggest this property if youre looking to explore the region and need a place to stay. "

"A wonderful little hotel between Parma and Reggio Emilia. A lot of character, very nice rooms, and wonderful staff. Morena, in particular, was very helpful answering all of our questions and being patient with my mediocre Italian. Will definitely stay at Hotel Tricolore again when in the area."
