Very nice villa on the Abruzzo's hills with a view of the Gran Sasso and the Monti Gemelli and a few kilometers from the sea; its position, hilly and quiet of rare beauty, allows you to plan quick trips to the main seaside resorts or inland. My accommodation is suitable for large groups of friends, couples, solitary adventurers, families with children.
The panoramic position of this villa with the swimming pool on a large terrace makes it particularly suggestive, on one side the sea and the Vibratiana valley, on the other the Gran Sasso, the Maiella and the Monti Gemelli. All around large expanses of olive trees with silver foliage, tourist routes in the plains or on high hills that allow you to admire ancient churches, ancient earthen houses and unforgettable views of a natural landscape of rare beauty.
The ancient farms, scattered along these old paths, emerge from the vegetation and integrate perfectly with the natural environment helping to make it more suggestive and fascinating.
Our Villa consists of four apartments on two floors, tastefully furnished, outside terraces and gazebos, barbecue areas and a wood-fired oven for bread or pizza. In total there are seven bedrooms, additional beds, 5 bathrooms, 4 large lounges/living rooms/kitchens, all equipped with everything you need for an amazing holiday.
The composition of the house makes this property the ideal destination for a large family, for groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together or for those who want to experience their holiday in a private place with large outdoor spaces, private pool for exclusive use!
The house overlooks a garden equipped for outdoor dining or relaxation, the swimming pool and our countryside cultivated with olive groves with a dream panorama of our mountains and rolling hills. The large swimming pool, facing south and overlooking the Gran Sasso and Monti Gemelli is salt water, measures 6 x 12 m, depth: from 1.00 to 1.40 m., the dream hot tub, an exciting waterfall! Only about 11 km away are the beautiful beaches of Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto and Giulianova, 20 km away is the Civitella del Tronto Fortress and the beautiful Ascoli Piceno, 25 km away are the nearest mountains suitable for excursions, even guided ones, 50 km away is Pescara Airport.
