"This hotel is situated in an ideal spot; very close to the island so that you see dozens of bird species from it's fabulous deck. The infinity pool is gorgeous as are all the grounds. Well worth the ride to the hotel! They have jet ski, kayaks and even will take you on a boat ride around the lake. The staff were absolutely spot-on. The food was very good. Rooms were comfortable and they use solar power to heat the shower (very hot water!) and provide power. Definitely will be back! "

"Check in process was easy. Area is so quiet, it’s a nice break from the hussle of the city so this is definitely more of a quiet retreat. I wish I would’ve stayed more than one night. I was a bit bummed that it was so foggy when we checked in, but thankfully to our surprise it cleared up in the morning and we got the beautiful volcano view! It’s breathtaking and feels surreal. Restaurant staff was not very attentive during the lunch/dinner time, but breakfast was a better experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of breakfasts included in the price. I will definitely be coming back!"

"The intimate feeling of being alone with my husband thru the trails was beautiful, our view to the volcano was amazing. We got igloo #5 was pretty and clean with an amazing view."

"I liked that the area was very clean, diverse food options, salt water pool, multiple swimming pools, a big beach area, and guest activities. I also liked staff was really supportive with most requests. I did not like that once the pool workout activity ended, there was no more music; it kind of killed the vibe."

"Do not even try to stay here, she wont respond calls and text. Let me out because arrived late to the place and she won’t even answer me and the security guard wont even try to help. Stay away no refund granted either"
