"The Franciscan Inn was an excellent stay in. every way! Location -- amazing. Helpful staff, free bicycle rentals and a great breakfast. It was charming and nostalgic and made our visit to Santa Barbara very special. I would recommend this in a heart beat and would stay here again!"

"Great location! We walked our first night the 4 blocks to Arnoldi's Cafe for a great relaxing Italian Dinner. Walked easily many times to State Street and the El Paseo for shopping, drinks, sweets and meals. The craftsmanship of the remodeled Casa Riviera was impeccable. Very modern comfortable unit!"

"Beautiful property and location. Helpful and friendly staff. What a beautiful city! 2 minor gripes: Could not stream with their chrome cast platform. Staff tried to help but didn’t know what iPhone settings need to be changed. Hot tub out of order."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Day Inn! The hotel looks even better in person than it does in the photos. The location is great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The upgraded rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and well worth it. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!"
